Updated COVID Procedures & Guidelines
While we are moving in the right direction in our efforts to protect our community from the risk of Covid-19 infection, there is still work to do. We have taken many precautions to keep you safe and comfortable while in our space.
May Thoughts
We have weathered a series of storms, and I am not naive enough to think that it will be completely smooth sailing from here on out. But I am going to be bold and announce that it is time to enjoy the “flowers” of the hard work we have put in.

Am I holding onto fear and anxiety because they serve a purpose, or is the fear rational and used appropriately? What exactly am I afraid of?
March Thoughts
Wherever you are during this time of remembering, one year gone, focus on what you have learned, how you have grown, and how it will serve you and those who share your life. We were meant to come out on the other side with a new awareness, grace and patience, and most of all acceptance and understanding for one another.
MBDY + Be.
As we saw the world change quickly around us, we felt the need to be even more inclusive and more clear with our message, “Be Move Dance Connect.” The first step on our journey was to learn to Be, and now we are ready to evolve and explore what we choose to MBDY (embody).
January Thoughts
If 2020 has taught us anything, it's that we can evolve when the need arises. And just because things have always been done a certain way doesn’t mean that that way is still working. And so this year let’s adopt a new tradition. Instead of a Resolution, let’s RECLAIM.
