Yoga Sculpt + Fusion is an all levels class. A slow paced warm up combined with mindful breathwork will prepare you for a full body workout experience. Traditional yoga movements like sun salutations, warrior, and balancing poses are paired with other fitness disciplines like barre, Pilates, and strength training. Props are often used: resistance bands, light hand weights, and exercise balls. This class will help to enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility, mindfulness and confidence.
