We learn a new hip hop/R&B combination every week. This build-upon cardio class will have you dancing full choreography in no time. We take it slow but your heart rate will stay elevated.
Our class begins with exercises at the barre, followed by center work, and then we move across the floor to finish with inspired but easy to follow choreography. This class will take you back to the days of spandex and hightops. Learn a new retro-inspired cardio dance to the right and left side to increase the strength and tone of your body and mind. We start with a basic follow along cardio warm-up, followed by isolations, a short toning session, and a stretch. Then we will dive into cardio dance choreography to the best throwback playlists. We promise you a good time and a great workout. Let's get physical and pump it up, legwarmers optional!
In this class the foundational yet challenging yoga experience, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement, offering yoga and meditation for everybody.
