June Thoughts with Amber

The school year is ending and the summer solstice is quickly approaching. This solstice represents a transition from action to nourishment.

It is a cosmic invitation to give yourself permission.

Permission to…

  • feed your soul

  • nourish your spirit

  • do what feels good

When you feel worried or anxious, it impacts every area of your life.

When you feel calm and confident, the benefits ripple through your relationships, physical health, parenting, friendships, and work life. When your emotional bank account is full, you can better manage life’s mental challenges and emotional triggers.

The first step is understanding there’s a problem.

The second step is believing it’s possible to feel better.

The third step?

Giving yourself permission to feel better.

You are worthy, my friend. You deserve to feel good.

Sometimes though, we don’t take the time or make the effort to do it. Life is busy. Life is full of distractions.

The summer solstice can be a turning point. This day can mark the opportunity for you to decide once and for all… “I deserve to feel good.”
