January Thoughts
We are conditioned to take inventory of our lives; consider all our habits, good and bad, and make changes or additions to living our best life. But, unfortunately, this yearly practice is surface at best.
How many of us have made resolutions based on the influence of others or what we think we need to change or evolve? Are we creating an authentic life with these resolutions, or mimicking those around us based on peer pressure to fit in or measure up? Do we even know what we want?
Introspection is the first step. Ask yourself the difficult questions. Answer without judgment or reprimand. Speak to yourself with kindness, love, and compassion.
Who am I?
What do I need?
What do I want?
How much am I willing to invest to get it?
Does it support my path?
Am I being honest with myself?
Remember to speak to yourself as you would a dear friend with kindness, love, and compassion.
Once you understand who you are and what you want, you can move on to the next step of resolution if it aligns with you authentically.
As you begin your year, we support you as you reveal and resolve. Our community is unlike any other, and it is an honor to be a part of your journey.
With Gratitude,
Elease
