Come dressed as your alter "Rocky Horror" ego and tap the night away with creepy choreo and ghastly treats and champagne. This workshop is for beginner and intermediate levels.

Whether you grew up tap dancing or have just purchased your first pair of tap shoes, this class is for you.

Tap Beats, created by Samara Goldberg, is a high-energy class that blends soft shoe, classical, rhythmic, and musical theater dance to current music and a fun cardio sweat!

We will begin with a cardio-based warm-up by learning basic tap movements and working on rhythm to keep the heart rate up. This tap class encompasses across-the-floor movements, where you will be able to focus and hear your individual taps and sounds while building on learning more complex choreography. We will then use those movements we’ve learned to put together a fun, dynamic, and rhythmic dance piece.

Tap Beats will be taken step by step with plenty of opportunities for learning, laughter, and fun!
