Bunda Sculpt Class is a fitness dance class inspired by Afro-Latin dances (Brazilian Funk, Samba, Caribbean) styles that combine follow along choreography, fitness exercises and fun. We dance in plié, anchored to the ground, connected to our body and pelvis, we tone up, improve strength, flexibility, coordination and release stress through the hips (yes... that is your Bunda!)
This class is designed around the Squat and Afro-Latin dances for a Total Body Workout. We begin with a cardio warm up increasing to a very intense cardio dance. We use bands for a Bunda (booty lifting session) and we finish with core work on our mats to cool down and deep stretch.
