Businesses We Love: Saltwater Integrative Bodywork

Saltwater Integrative Bodywork offers both land-based and ocean-based services designed to provide an experience to learn from the unconscious. Services include bodywork (massage) as well as somatic coaching, dreamwork facilitation, and embodied freediving instruction and coaching.

Every other month, the staff hosts a workshop in the realm of somatics and depth psychology. Their next workshop, "The Process of Transformation," will take place on January 19 from 6-8 PM.

Alchemy: The Process of Transformation

Wednesday January 19 from 6-8 PM, $20 per person

Alchemy is not just referring to chemistry, but our own transformational process.

By nature, we are dynamic and ever-changing individuals. We will discuss how to foster awareness of our own psychological process by drawing from Jungian psychology through the language of image. We will discuss where this arises, how to recognize it in our lives and how to make meaning from what we discover.

This is a seminar-style workshop, so please bring your questions, curiosities and a notebook. As always, refreshments and a welcoming atmosphere provided.
