NEW Classes at MBDY!
With the new year comes a new schedule at MBDY! We are introducing TWO new weekly classes for your fitness pleasure.
Pilates Fusion
Pilates Fusion is your ultimate workout class, featuring bundles of mat pilates, mixed with resistance training and cardio intervals that will challenge your core and balance. This full body workout class will have you toning, strengthening, and torching calories, all while vibing to energizing music. Bring a towel and water, and get ready to WORK. Props: light and medium weights, small loop band, yoga block.

Yoga + Sculpt Fusion
Yoga + Sculpt is now Yoga + Sculpt Fusion, which incorporates more elements of traditional yoga! This is an all levels class. A slow paced warm up combined with mindful breathwork will prepare you for a full body workout experience. Traditional yoga movements like sun salutations, warrior, and balancing poses are paired with other fitness disciplines like barre, Pilates, and strength training. Props are often used: resistance bands, light hand weights, and exercise balls. This class will help to enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility, mindfulness and confidence. Get ready for some fun fluid choreography, sweet tunes, and best of all, savasana!
