The H.O.M Retreat Mansion is conveniently located in La Cresta, CA! It is just a 30 minute drive from Temecula wine country or a 1.5 hour road trip from San Diego, Los Angeles or Orange County.

No, you do not! There are 2 private rooms available for you to choose from. The VIP Suite and the King Deluxe. If you would like to book any of these rooms to share with a friend or friends, we can accommodate that as well!

Of course! We are curating the perfect schedule and will be sharing it with all of you in the next few weeks! Each day will offer 3 fitness and/or dance classes, 3 private chef catered meals, specialty workshops, downtime to explore the property (lake, pool, hot tub, gym, etc.) and plenty of time to relax and rejuvenate as you please.

The prices range from $1450 - $2000, depending on the room that you book. These costs will be discussed with our team once you send in your preliminary questionnaire and meet with us.

We have Early Bird Pricing available! Save $100 when you pay in full before January 13th, 2023!

Yes, until January 13. If you have put in your deposit by that day, you can pay in two portions. First payment is due on January 13, second payment is due by February 9.

Yes, there is a non-refundable deposit of $300 which guarantees your spot at the retreat.

You may choose to enjoy an optional massage from a private masseuse, and there is also an optional wine tasting excursion in Temecula.

Meet Your Guides
Elease Sgarbossa, Owner of MBDY + be
Born and raised in North County San Diego, Elease has trained, choreographed and performed professionally in her hometown since she was three years old. Her many credits include fitness productions, Industrials and live music performances. Elease has been teaching dance, movement and fitness since 1995.
Using Pilates as a foundation, Elease has taught Group Exercise classes for adults in Cardio dance of all disciplines, Pilates, sculpt and Bosu. Finding a way to teach integrated movement became her passion. Promoting Injury prevention, she has developed a technique-based, safe anatomical alignment method of teaching both dance and fitness. Elease says, “Living an active, honest life is the best gift we can give ourselves and our families.”
Elease started MBDY + Be as a response to a need from her community: a safe space for women to work, play, sweat and just Be.
Samara Goldberg, Founder of Exclusive Experiences Travel
Samara was born and raised in New York and her love for movement and dance began at 3 years old. Performing on stage and learning choreography built her confidence from a very young age. She deeply values living her life in the present, and believes there is no better way to experience the present than through fitness, performing arts & travel.
As an avid Barre Instructor, Educator and Traveler, Samara curates Health and Wellness Travel Retreats through her travel company, Exclusive Experiences in San Diego. She has also led specially curated trips to Greece, Belize, Iceland, Cuba and more. Samara values community building, living an uplifting life and positive human connections . Creating those experiences through fitness and travel are what bring true joy to her life!
Samara started Exclusive Experiences Travel because she knows how much effort it takes to plan the 'perfect' getaway. Let us do the work to create your ideal vacation as our motto is, "we plan for you to be present.”
