Alison Lewis
Always a student of yoga, Ali has immersed herself in the teachings of yoga for over 30 years. She teaches in a way that shares from the depth of her own practice. Ali offers classes that challenge students to remember their true nature through alignment, natural movement and connection to self and the inner connectedness of us all. In 1997, she travelled to India to study yoga and returned many times until raising children became her main practice. Ali has taught yoga internationally and locally, owned a studio and now is excited to be teaching at MBDY, a safe container for exploring these ancient practices together.
