Find some stillness and rest your nervous system at our Sound Meditation Workshop presented by Sound as Color. It's beneficial to align ourselves and our goals to the energy of each season. Coming off the Autumn Equinox, will be honoring and harnessing this energy of balance and transformation as we gather for an evening turning inward with sound.
We will open with gentle movement, breathwork and guided awareness to center and ground before the sound comes in. In the sound bath you will experience overtone emitting instruments such as himalayan singing bowls, tingsha, and chimes played with the purpose of nurturing the body, mind and spirit. These instruments induce a state of deep rest and relaxation that create an accessible opportunity to quiet the mind for self-exploration.
Healing nature resides within each of us, our bodies and mind give us insight on how to do this. Sound Meditation holds space for stillness so that these messages may arise, thus creating the platform for self-healing.
On the fourth Friday of every month we are offering an experience of wellness and self-care led by local practitioners that reflect our commitment to community and positive engagement. Join us for evenings of movement, wellness, mindfulness and community intended to nurture body and soul. We are holding SPACE for you.
