In COREcentric you will activate and engage muscles groups to create a powerhouse team that will keep you moving with strength, grace and an increased range of motion. More than crunches, functional core training will have you moving utilizing more muscles. Train your abs into a flat, functional powerhouse.
You don't have to be a dancer to do Pilates Barre, though you may feel like one after just one class.
Pilates Barre combines Pilates foundations with classic Barre moves for an energizing, high-rep workout: deep pliés and lunges to work legs and glutes, balance exercises for a strong core, and graceful, lengthening exercises for toned arms.
Feel graceful, more balanced, and poised off the charts! Class begins in the center with a dynamic warm-up, then off to the barre for deep sculpting and strength building. We then return to the center our strength and balance away from the barre. Class ends with mat Pilates-based core work and a nice long stretch. Expect bursts of dance-inspired cardio throughout the class.

Barre Bootcamp gives you all of the benefits of your favorite barre class. Lift a little higher, hold that pulse a little longer, and find that strength you know you have. It will have you feeling stronger and more balanced in just a few classes.
Using light weights and props (think ball, bands, sliders) we have choreographed super small and intense movements that build long and lean muscles, improve posture and flexibility, raise and tone your booty, and sculpt legs that love short shorts...and don't forget about those abs, we'll sculpt those too!
This fusion class combines the toning exercises of a barre class, the flexibility of yoga and the balance and full-body strength work of TRX. Add in some low impact cardio and you have everything you need in a 55min class.
A fusion of Barre, Vinyasa flow, and, dance-inspired movements. Breathe, flow and find new strength and stability through challenging postures and exercises. You will leave feeling toned, balanced and feeling deeply nourished and relaxed.

Come experience true freedom of movement. We begin with a cardio warm-up, followed by isolation work and a stretch. We’ll let the music lead us into simple choreography set to each song. We finish upper body toning with light weights, core work, and a gentle stretch.

Our sensual dance fitness-based class is designed for the "everyday woman" and focuses on learning how to infuse your own sexy style into choreography. Learn mesmerizing movement and how to add elements of eye contact, body direction, and music interpretation.
Tired of the same old cardio dance class? Our Cardio Hip Hop class is for those looking for something more on the "dance class" choreography side of dance fitness. We learn a new hip hop/R&B combination every week. This build-upon cardio class will have you dancing full choreography in no time. We take it slow but your heart rate will stay elevated.
Created by Beth Guerette, this class blends modern, contemporary, and lyrical styles of dance. Think of it as a moving meditation; cultivate the power of your breath and your body moving as one. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, though! You can expect amazing and entertaining music to accompany your journey in this class. Try it!
Return to your roots and come “pas de bourree” in this all-level class. You are guaranteed to build confidence and coordination, flexibility and strength. We begin with an active cardio warm up, followed by isolation work and stretch, then across the floor fun. And then comes the choreography! Combinations are inspired by music through the decades.
Our class begins with exercises at the barre, followed by center work, and then we move across the floor to finish with inspired but easy to follow choreography. Improve your posture, find balance, and increase your strength and flexibility. Our favorite part: you'll dance to music you know and love.
